According to dvdactive, Death at a Funeral will be available on DVD in the US.

Fox Home Entertainment has officially announced Death at a Funeral which stars Matthew Macfadyen, Keeley Hawes, and Andy Nyman. This Frank Oz directed film will be available to own from the 26th February, and should retail at $29.98. The film itself will be presented in anamorphic widescreen, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround track. Extras will include a commentary with Director Frank Oz, a second commentary with Writer Dean Craig and Actors Alan Tudyk and Andy Nyman, and a gag reel.
