TV SPOOKS Keeley Hawes and Matthew Macfadyen break cover for the first time since she walked out on her husband and baby son for her co-star in the BBC1 spy series.

Keeley, 26, and Matthew, 27, laughed and kissed after spending several hours with friends in a London pub. Even a call on her mobile could not prise Keeley, who plays agent Zoe Reynolds, away from Matthew - her MI5 boss.

"They looked so in love and very comfortable with each other," said one onlooker. "They seemed oblivious to anyone else." The couple moved on from the Prince Albert pub in Maida Vale to the restaurant next door before heading back to Matthew's nearby North London home.

Meanwhile her 20-month-old son Myles was being cared for 30 miles away in Esher, Surrey, by her estranged husband Spencer McCallum, a cartoon designer

They had only been married five months when Keeley left. He wished her luck but pointedly added: "I'm just an average Joe Bloggs, all this is my wife's nightmare."'
