Matthew Macfadyen does not win a Bafta, this time

Matthew is the most amazingly talented actor I've ever seen.  He has such depth, integrity, and soul.  I know there is a BAFTA Best Actor award in his future!

No reason to be sad! To me/to us the true winner certainly is Matthew, without making the achievement of Andrew Garfield smaller, he certainly also did a wonderfull job! Congratulations to Mr. Garfield and a big kiss to Matthew!

Matthew it was a pleasure to meet you yesterday and you will always be a winner in my eyes. Your performance in Secret Life was outstanding and you truly deserved the nomination.

I too would like to add what a brilliant performance Matthew gave in Secret Life.   He played the facets of this character as well as the other characters he has portrayed.  There is depth in them that make you wonder what lies beneath.  Thank you Matthew for taking time with your fans yesterday, yet another reason why you are by far my favorite .  Best wishes!

Matthew will always be a winner, I was so carried away with his performance in Secret Life, that when he was chatting up to the young girl at the fair, I was actuall saying to the screen," No Charlie please god Charlie don't do it" and was so relieved when he didn't.  I was so engrossed in his splendid performance I cried for him at the end although I knew he could never be cured.  Oh my god! I got carried away again.

For me truly Recognition is from the one's who watch your movies, and appreciate your HUGE TALENT.
